趙薇日前因為發福被虧胖成「大燕子」,自從瘦下來之後,就再也沒有復胖,努力在一個月內狠甩10kg,她靠著喝青菜豆腐湯取代三餐其中一餐,每天還能變化不同的口味,像是紅蘿蔔豆腐湯、海帶豆腐湯,加入當季蔬菜,再打顆蛋就很美味。她也分享,會多吃水煮青豆、地瓜與新鮮蔬果增加飽足感,早餐會吃低糖的牛奶麥片、不加沙拉醬的蔬菜沙拉與現打蔬果汁,毅力十分驚人。

還有一個則是大家熟悉的檸檬水,用1000cc的水加入200cc的檸檬汁稀釋,胃不好或怕酸的人加點蜂蜜是可以的。提到運動,趙薇特別愛游泳,每次會游1,000公尺,或是在泳池內走路,水中的浮力與阻力可以幫助瘦全身,使腿部的線條更緊實。
